Staff: Keith Krings
Keith Krings PT, DPT, OCS graduated from Oakland University’s Physical Therapy Program in 1988. He has over 20 years of clinical experience in the outpatient orthopaedic setting. He currently treats patients in Ann Arbor, Plymouth, Ann Arbor Huron High School, and Dexter. He is an owner and is the Regional Director for this area for Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists.
Keith has post entry level physical therapy degrees including a Master's degree in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. He has a variety of clinical experience in the orthopaedic realm including spine, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports medicine. He is a board certified Orthopaedic Specialist (OCS) as recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association. He has presented at numerous symposiums on post- surgical rehabilitation of both the knee and the shoulder.
Keith's clinical interest is in joint nutrition through movement and functional exercise. He likes to combine manual techniques with progressive functional rehabilitation to reach a successful clinical outcome. He also has a personal interest in rehabilitation of the golfer because of his love of the sport.
Keith and his wife, Michelle, have two daughters.
